Cost codes after AI extract: two options

Someone snaps a quote or invoice. Conduit proposes vendor and lines. A person always reviews before anything is applied. The only open choice is how cost codes appear in that review.

Same in both options

AI never applies the requisition by itself.
Vendor, description, quantity, and price can be proposed for review.
The person must still confirm before Apply.

The extract leaves cost code empty. The user opens the project list and picks, same as today.
